Spain is Coming to Invade Philippines Again #awesomeph



Time has stood witness to the centuries-long bond between our country and Espana. They have colonized us long enough to instill some family values, cultural and faithful traditions that we hold so dear today. In the next few days, that bond would soon be rekindled but in a grander, more festive and flavorful way as we celebrate the Madrid Fusion Manila 2015. Check out the artsy upbeat TVC above.

There's going to be a Gastronomy Congress where food tasting will overflow and avant-garde techniques in food prep and serving will be demonstrated by eight Spanish chefs who have been flown in for the event.

A Trade Exhibition will showcase the latest in food gadgetry and supplies.

There's also the Festival of the Philippines where hotels and restaurants will brandish celebrity chefs in food tours, trucks, tastings, and bar crawls all month of April.

New food concepts will be available at select SM Mall of Asia restaurants, while SM Aura Premier will host its own Spanish-themed fiesta with music, dancing, food and drinks on April 26 at the Sky Park lawn.

Also from April 24-26, irresistible dining deals await all food lovers at SM Megamall’s newly-opened Mega Food Hall.
